In housing you can make a real difference, the role of a Trade Engineer will involve:
* Providing excellent customer service
* Carrying out repairs in a customer’s home
* Working with a Supervisor and planner to meet appointments for repairs
* Managing your van stock levels
* Always remaining professional representing Citizen
As a trade engineer we need you to have:
* A qualification in your trade (City & Guilds or NVQ2)
* Full driving licence
* Be a good communicator with a friendly approach
* The right attitude for excellent customer service
We would be really excited if you have:
* Other trade skills in addition to your qualification trade (multiskilling)
* Experience of using a PDA to receive and complete jobs
* Previous Health & Safety experience
* Previous experience working for a social housing provider
