Your Role Will Include: Providing tailored support for pupils with a range of SEND, including autism, ADHD, SEMH, and learning difficulties Working one-to-one or in small groups to encourage learning, independence, and confidence Assisting the class teacher with behaviour management and classroom activities Supporting children's emotional well being and social development Creating a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment What We're Looking For: Previous experience supporting children or young people with additional needs, whether in a school, care, youth work, nursery, or similar setting A caring, patient, and proactive attitude The ability to adapt quickly to new environments and pupils A Teaching Assistant qualification is not required Availability to work at least 3 days per week...
