Our Student Operations Coordinator undertakes a key role to lead on the delivery of Student Loans and Bursaries by organising, supporting and delivering this pivotal service for Ulster University. In addition, the post holder is responsible for working with the Campus Officer to support the full range of Student Operation activities throughout the academic year and in line with the student lifecycle as required. Reporting to the Student Operations Campus Officer, the post holder will work closely with relevant internal and external stakeholders to deliver service excellence in line with Ulster University’s strategy and values. The post holder will also assist in the development and delivery of the operational plans to ensure continuous review, development and delivery of a dynamic service to support students and staff as well as internal and external stakeholders. The University has a range of initiatives to support a family friendly working environment, including flexible working. The successful candidate will have experience developing and managing significant aspects of administrative tasks within an office environment in a large complex organisation. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate excellence in leading and managing a team of staff to provide high level advice and service delivery, including an ability to develop and review processes and procedures that contribute to continuous service improvement.
