£35,000 – £50,000 basic (DOE) + OTE £70,000 – £90,000

The Opportunity

Managing Consultant
to take ownership of the Accountancy & Finance division.
You will lead and develop one direct report (transitioning into a 360 role), while also driving your own desk, winning business, and growing the division further. There is already strong demand and plenty of business to build on.
If you're a proven recruiter with strong A&F market knowledge and leadership experience, this is your chance to step into a pivotal role where you'll be trusted as a genuine No.2 in the team, with full backing from senior leadership.
What We're Looking For
* 3–4+ years' experience
in Accountancy & Finance recruitment (industry focus preferred, but practice also considered).
* Proven
billings of £150k+
per year.
* Strong business development skills – able to win, build, and grow client relationships.
* Previous
team leadership or mentoring experience
.
* Commercially minded, adaptable, and motivated to build something bigger for yourself and your team.
* Resilient, driven, and able to work with autonomy (not someone who needs heavy coaching).

* Salary:
£35k – £50k (or more depending on experience).

£70k – £90k.
