About this Role
Are you an experienced Field Sales Executive looking for your next opportunity, or a Business Development Manager or Sales Executive ready to step into a broader commercial role? This Field Sales Executive position within Dawsongroup Vans focuses on building strong customer relationships, delivering sales growth, and developing strategic accounts across your region.

In this role you will combine hands on sales activity with strategic account management, representing Dawsongroup locally while helping customers find smarter fleet and asset solutions.

* Deliver quarterly and annual sales targets through proactive business development and account growth.
* Identify and develop strategic local and national accounts within your territory.
* Convert new opportunities from leads, referrals and prospecting activity.
* Represent Dawsongroup Vans as the local figurehead for customers and partners.
* Promote strong collaboration with colleagues across the wider Dawsongroup Business Units.

About You
You enjoy building relationships, spotting opportunities, and helping customers solve problems. Whether you already work in commercial vehicle rental, fleet services, logistics or a related sector, or you bring transferable sales experience, this role offers a chance to grow your impact.

* Comfortable developing new business while nurturing existing client relationships.
* Confident communicator who enjoys meeting customers and understanding their challenges.
* Self motivated and organised, able to manage your territory and pipeline effectively.
* Collaborative mindset, working closely with colleagues across the wider business.
* Interested in developing your career within the asset rental and fleet services sector.
