Interim HRBP - Restructuring Lead (6 months)
Start: Immediate
Location: Hybrid - remote with occasional travel to two sites in the West Midlands
Fixed term contract salary: up to £60,000 per annum (DOE)
Context
* Supporting a post-merger integration project across two organisations
* Focused on aligning teams, structures, and terms & conditions
* Working within a fast-paced, politically sensitive environment
Role
* Partnering with senior stakeholders and line managers to design new team structures
* Evaluating roles and responsibilities across functions
* Leading or supporting formal consultation processes
* High degree of autonomy and influence
Ideal Profile
* Proven experience in complex restructuring and organisational design
* CIPD qualified
* Comfortable navigating ambiguity and shaping solutions from scratch
* Strong consultation and stakeholder engagement skills
* Able to work remotely with occasional on-site presence across two sites in the West Midlands
