About the Team
You’ll be joining an energetic and collaborative team based in our regional St Neots office, where the atmosphere is lively and supportive. What You’ll Be Doing
* Drive results: Achieve set revenue and GP targets within your geographical area, focussing on our Xelan range
* Champion our brand by promoting Mayflex products and services, positioning us as the go‑to provider for complete solutions.
* Stay ahead of the market - gather and share competitor and market insights to help shape strategy.
* Maximise opportunities, following up on marketing‑generated leads and generating a target number of quotations daily.
* Deliver value: Set competitive pricing, obtain feedback for market analysis, and pass key information to the Projects team for price support.
* Keep systems updated, maintaining accurate CRM records to ensure marketing can target the right customers.
* Track and input lost orders to help manage stock levels.
* Attend monthly 1:1s prepared with data and updates.
* Maintain accurate records of all sales opportunities and report quality or stock issues promptly.
