Overview:
Sevens Casino is part of a product and tech-focused gaming company operating multiple brands in the gaming market. You will be part of the retail operations team, working with a small team at ground level in a fast-paced and exciting environment.
What you will be doing:
As a Customer Assistant, you will be supporting the Retail Manager in the day-to-day operation of the club. You will build relationships with our customers ensuring they enjoy our products and services responsibly.
Responsibilities:
1. Advise and guide customers on any queries or questions they might have.
2. Provide cashier services.
3. Run in-house promotions.
4. Maintain the general upkeep of the premises.

Full and part-time roles available which include a variety of daytime, evening, and weekend shifts.
Requirements:
1. 1 year of retail experience.
2. 1 year of customer service experience.
3. 1 year of cash handling experience.
4. Leaving certificate or equivalent.
