Role Description
This is a full‑time hybrid role for a Business Development Manager. The Business Development Manager will identify new business opportunities, build and maintain strong client relationships, and develop strategic growth initiatives. Daily tasks include lead generation, market research, collaboration with cross‑functional teams, crafting proposals, and presenting customized solutions to potential partners. This role requires the ability to engage with clients, close sales opportunities, and contribute to revenue growth while upholding the company's value‑driven principles.

Qualifications
* Expertise in Business Development, Sales, and Client Relationship Management
* Comfortable making outbound telephone calls at management level
* Demonstrated ability to generate leads and close sales opportunities
* Experience in B2B environments and knowledge of ABM strategies is a plus
* Strong problem‑solving abilities and goal‑oriented mindset
* Experience of using AI to solve complex marketing problems
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
* Adaptability to a fast‑paced environment and willingness to work 2 days a week from Knightsbridge, London offices
