We are expanding and are looking for a Producer who will bring energy,
organisation and initiative to our team in London to create world class 3D
animation for clients such as Bentley, Dyson, Glenfiddich, IBM, Meta and Ralph Lauren.
The Opportunity
* Take ownership of projects from brief through to final delivery, collaborating closely with the Production team and Creative Leads while ensuring projects run smoothly across timelines and delivery
* Scope, plan, and document projects accurately - from initial ballparks to detailed statements of work
* Manage day-to-day schedules, budgets, scopes, and resourcing efficiently, maintaining high creative and production standards throughout
* Proactively identify risks and issues, communicating solutions to stakeholders and escalating internally where appropriate
* Onboard new clients and ensure smooth setup and billing at the start of each project
* Keep project budgets on track by monitoring live costs, processing client/vendor invoices, and maintaining overall profitability and efficiency
* Present work confidently, build strong client relationships, and respond to feedback with enthusiasm
* Enhance Founds reputation through outstanding delivery and contribute to a collaborative, supportive team environment
* Maintain excellence across all projects through structured planning and a calm, considered approach - keeping teams supported and set up for success
* Bring a strong balance of project and client management skills, adapting quickly across multiple mid-sized projects
* Apply CG knowledge and technical understanding, with hands‑on experience in Cinema4D, Redshift and Houdini pipelines highly beneficial.
* Utilise software tools fluently, including Google Docs, Sheets and Slides; experience with Xero, Float and Smartsheet is a plus.

* Your experience collaborating with creative teams
* Examples where you’ve communicated effectively and proactively with multiple stakeholders while under pressure
* Your experience and understanding of CG pipelines, particularly Cinema4D, Redshift or Houdini
Location: Farringdon, London
This full‑time role requires you to be in our London office three days a week
(every Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday).
