Your Role as Food Technology Teacher:
1. Teach Food Technology across KS3 and KS4, including lessons on nutrition, cooking techniques, and food science.
2. Encourage students to develop practical cooking skills and understand the science behind food production.
3. Support students in their coursework, GCSE projects, and practical assessments.
4. Lead extracurricular food clubs and events, promoting healthy eating and culinary creativity.
Who We’re Looking For:
1. A qualified Food Technology Teacher (QTS/PGCE or equivalent).
2. A strong passion for Food Technology and cooking.
3. Ability to engage students with creative, hands-on lessons.
4. Excellent organizational skills and classroom management abilities.
5. Enhanced DBS Check (or willingness to obtain one).
