About us:
Extractly are a fast-growing dust & fume extraction company situated in Dewsbury West Yorkshire. We are a forward-thinking company that has an increasing Customer database. This is leading to a larger amount of work within the Service Department.
About the role:
The Service Manager role is required to support the strong growth of the Service Department and create further growth within the dust & fume extraction sector. The role is office based in Dewsbury West Yorkshire.
Responsibilities:
* Be a point of contact for Customers and Service Engineers
* Taking phone and email enquiries for the Service Department
* Create RAMS for the Service jobs
* Produce quotations for the LEV Tests and follow up with Remedial work quotes
* Create purchase orders for all parts required
* Keep track of completed work for invoicing
* Overseeing of quotation flow across the department
* Keep the costs database up to date
* Holding weekly department meetings to discuss quotes etc
* Grow the Service Department sales
Candidate requirements:
* Good knowledge & use of Office 365 products
* Excellent customer service skills
* Attention to detail when completing work & tasks
* Knowledge & use of using a CRM system
* P601 desirable
* P602 desirable
* Previous experience working within a Service Department preferred
