Location: Selby
Salary: £88 – £110 per day
Start Date: February 2026
Contract: Full-Time
GSL Education are recruiting a committed Learning Support Assistant to work across KS3 and KS4 in a secondary school in Selby.

The school provides structured academic support to help all pupils reach their potential. Learning Support Assistants work closely with teaching staff to remove barriers to learning.
Key Responsibilities
* Support students during lessons
* Assist with class activities and resources
* Encourage engagement and participation
* Support pupils with additional learning needs
Requirements
* Experience supporting secondary-aged pupils
* Positive and flexible approach
* Good literacy and numeracy skills
* Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to apply
