This role focuses on enhancing risk frameworks, supportingregulatory-aligned change initiatives, and contributing to the delivery ofrisk-related transformation across multiple workstreams. Key Responsibilities Support the delivery and testing of risk-related business requirements for technology and change initiatives Contribute to the development and enhancement of risk methodologies, including impact analysis and regulatory submissions Assist with programme and project artefacts, including change documentation and reporting Provide risk input into operating model design, strategy, and target state vision Engage with internal stakeholders and external market participants on risk management topics Ensure compliance with internal policies, governance standards, and audit requirements Continuously develop technical expertise and professional capability Required Experience & Knowledge Strong background in risk management within a financial services environment Exposure to clearing or centrally managed risk frameworks is highly desirable Solid understanding of margining and risk models (e.g. VaR-based methodologies) Knowledge of stress testing, back testing, and product valuation principles Demonstrable experience working on change or transformation initiatives within Risk Familiarity with both waterfall and agile delivery methodologies Skills & Competencies Strong analytical capability with a pragmatic, delivery-focused mindset Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work collaboratively in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments Confident stakeholder engagement and constructive challenge capability High levels of self-motivation and attention to detail Interest in developing technical skills (e.g. data analysis or automation tools) Qualifications Degree-level education required Professional risk qualification (or working towards) is beneficial (e.g. FRM, CFA) Change or project management qualifications are an advantage 4786850
