We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Cleaner to maintain the cleanliness and presentation of our serviced accommodations. The ideal candidate will ensure that all properties are cleaned to a high standard, creating a welcoming and comfortable environment for guests.
Key Responsibilities:
* Clean and sanitise all areas of serviced accommodations, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living spaces, and communal areas.
* Change bed linen, make beds, and replenish towels and toiletries as required.
* Dust, vacuum, sweep, mop, and polish floors and surfaces.
* Empty bins and dispose of waste according to hygiene standards.
* Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to management promptly.
* Follow health and safety and infection control protocols at all times.
* Ensure all cleaning equipment and supplies are used correctly and stored safely.
* Adhere to company standards and guidelines for presentation and guest readiness.
* Occasionally assist with laundry services or restocking of supplies.
* Maintain a high level of professionalism, punctuality, and confidentiality.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in housekeeping, cleaning, or hospitality is preferred.
* Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies, and safe handling procedures.
* Attention to detail and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
* Physical stamina and the ability to lift, bend, and perform repetitive tasks.
* Good time management skills and reliability.
* Strong communication skills and ability to follow instructions.
* Computer literacy may be essential
* Full UK Driving Licence with own car for ease of travel
