Veterinary Surgeon – Up to £75,000 + Welcome & Relocation Bonus
Are you an experienced Veterinary Surgeon looking for a fulfilling role with excellent clinical freedom and a healthy work-life balance? We are currently recruiting on behalf of a thriving, two-site small animal practice based in Yeovil and surrounding area, where the team is passionate about development, teamwork, and delivering outstanding care.
What’s on Offer:
* Salary: Up to £75,000 DOE
* Welcome Bonus: Up to £5,000
* Relocation Allowance: Up to £8,000
* No Out-of-Hours or Emergency Work
* Flexible Working Options: Full-time (4.5 days/week) or part-time
* Saturday rota: 1 in 3 mornings only
This role offers the opportunity to shape your clinical caseload around your interests – whether you're passionate about surgery, internal medicine, dentistry, or imaging, you’ll be supported to grow in that direction.
About the Practice
* Two-site small animal practice with modern facilities
* Recently expanded into a brand-new, fully equipped branch
* Digital DR radiography, ultrasound, in-house lab, and dedicated dental theatre
* Team includes certificate holders and experienced vets
* Strong focus on laparoscopic procedures

* No OOH, providing a healthy work-life balance

The Ideal Candidate Will Be:
* A qualified MRCVS with experience in general practice
* Confident in routine small animal medicine and surgery
* Passionate about clinical standards, CPD and team collaboration
