This role will be responsible for managing a varied caseload of auction property matters while providing exceptional levels of client service. It involves acting for private individuals, investors, housing associations, and corporate clients, as well as assisting Senior Associates and Partners with all aspects of property transactions relating to auction sales and purchases.
Duties and Responsibilities
As an Auctions Solicitor, you will be responsible for:
1. Managing a diverse caseload of auction property matters, including both residential and commercial transactions
2. Preparing auction legal packs, ensuring all necessary title documents, searches, leases, special conditions of sale, and planning documentation are complete and accurate.
3. Advising clients on legal risks associated with auction sales and purchases, including complex title issues, restrictive covenants, easements, and overage provisions.
4. Dealing with pre-auction enquiries, liaising with estate agents, auction houses, surveyors, and clients to ensure transactions proceed smoothly.
