My client is a main contractor based in the city of London. They currently have an exciting new project and are looking for an Information Manager to join their team.
The vacancy is to start immediately. Candidates MUST have ASITE experience and MUST have worked in the construction industry.
Requirements include:
1. 3-5 years of experience within the construction industry.
2. Experience with document systems.
Responsibilities include:
* Maintain document control filing and archiving according to company procedures.
* Verify the validity of documents using the Document Numbering System.
* Record documents in the company database, organize dispatch, and collect comments.
* Provide full secretarial support to management, including arranging meetings, producing agendas and minutes, circulating information, and managing diaries.
* Provide administrative support to the team and department as required.
* Liaise with other companies and sites.
* Perform various other duties on a day-to-day basis.
