Support for Ordinary Living is seeking a SOL Connect Team Leader to join our Management Team in Wishaw. This role is pivotal in leading a dedicated team to deliver person-centred technology-enabled care (TEC) solutions in North Lanarkshire.
As a Team Leader, you will ensure the successful coproduction of TEC Support Plans that promote self-managed care. Ideal candidates should possess leadership skills, experience in managing services for diverse needs, and an understanding of Care Standards.
The position offers a salary of £30,517.58 and 30 days annual leave.
