Salary: £35,000 + Bonus (circa £3kpa)

First Military Recruitment is proudly working in partnership with a fantastic visual events business who are looking to recruit a Sales Team Leader on a permanent basis due to growth to cover their Islington branch.
Follow leads, generate and process orders, in addition to supervising and coaching the sales team.
Help to maintain the CRM system and market the company’s services to exhibitors attending carious events.
Attend exhibitions as a sales representative and assist with the coordination of the company’s service delivery.
Proficient in Salesforce or similar CRM software.
Proficient in in the use of Microsoft Word and Excel.
Ability to analyse data and make data-driven decisions.
Excellent sales and negotiation skills.
