We are seeking a highly organised and proactive individual to join our team as a Workforce, Education and Training Coordinator. This role is essential in supporting the effective coordination and delivery of workforce activities, staff training, education programmes, and E-Roster Management for the department. The ability to identify issues and the confidence to propose workable solutions will be essential skills for the successful candidate.

You will play a key role in ensuring the pharmacy e-Roster system runs smoothly, maintain staff training records accurately and provide high quality administrative support to the pharmacy education & training team.

This post offers an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills, experience of how electronic rota systems work and an understanding of payroll systems.

Responsibilities

* Maintain the day‑to‑day processes and monitoring of Healthroster, ensuring staff hours and details are correct for payroll submissions.
* Ensure the smooth running of the Pharmacy Workforce, Education & Training (WE&T) functions and work with team colleagues to:
o Devise and maintain an efficient and effective administration system for Pharmacy WE&T activities to ensure accurate records relating to staff mandatory training, courses and appraisals are kept and maintained.
* Provide monthly statistics to the Education and Training Lead Pharmacist which accurately describe the training activities of the team within and outside the department.
* Maintain staff confidentiality at all times when dealing with workforce and training issues.
