As a Class 1 Driver, you will play a vital role in providing a professional customer delivery service while maintaining a safe and competent standard of driving.
Are you a skilledClass 1 LGV driverlooking for a full-time opportunity?
Alloga UKis seeking a dedicated and professional Class 1 Driver to join our team in South Normanton, this will also include and element of Shunting. This is your chance to play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service while maintaining the highest standards of safety and driving competency.
Working Days:Monday to Friday - Start time between 1000-1200 - 48 Hours per week
Rate of Pay:£16.25 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver goods promptly and safely, ensuring maximum customer satisfaction.
Communicate effectively with the transport office regarding any delays or issues.
Complete documentation accurately, including proof of deliveries and returns.
Maintain a high level of vehicle cleanliness and road safety, adhering to speed limits and traffic regulations.
Conduct daily vehicle walkaround checks and manage secure loading practices.
Report any risks, incidents, or temperature excursions as they arise.

What We’re Looking For:
Experience:Minimum 2 years of Class 1 driving experience including Shunting.
Skills: Excellent customer care and communication skills, with the ability to work independently.
Attributes:Smart appearance, strong interpersonal skills, and a flexible approach to work.
Qualifications:NVQ Level 2 and a sound knowledge of Good Distribution Practice (GDP).
