About the Role
As an Early Years Recruitment Consultant, you'll be responsible for:
* Building and nurturing relationships with nurseries, pre-schools, and early years providers.
* Sourcing, interviewing, and placing high-quality candidates in rewarding roles.
* Managing the full recruitment cycle with professionalism and care.
* Meeting targets and KPIs while delivering exceptional service to clients and candidates.
What We're Looking For
* Experience in recruitment (education sector preferred but not essential).
* Ideally have some early years knowledge.
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
* A proactive, driven, and resilient attitude.
* Passion for early years education and making a difference.
* Organised, self‑motivated.
