The Role
We are looking for a creative, energetic, and trend-obsessed Content Creator to become the face of our brand. This isnt just about making pretty videos; it’s about building a community. You will produce high-energy, UGC-style (User Generated Content) videos that educate, entertain, and inspire our audience across TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
What You’ll Do
* Trend Spotting: Identify viral K-Beauty trends, sounds, and challenges before they peak.
* Video Production: Script, film, and edit high-quality short-form vertical videos (tutorials, "Get Ready With Me" (GRWM), product reviews, and skincare myths).
* Be the Face: Confidently host videos, demonstrating products on-camera and explaining ingredients/benefits in an engaging way.
* UGC Magic: Create content that feels authentic, relatable, and "unpolished" (in a professional way) to build trust with our followers.
* Engagement: Interact with our community in the comments and stay updated on the latest K-Beauty product launches.
Who You Are
* Camera-Ready: You are charismatic, articulate, and comfortable filming yourself. You dont shy away from showing your skin’s journey.
* Social Native: You understand the nuances of TikTok and Reels algorithms. You know how to hook an audience in the first 3 seconds.
* Tech Savvy: Proficient in mobile editing apps like CapCut and native platform editors.
* Creative Storyteller: You can take a simple moisturizer and turn it into a must-have "holy grail" through a 15-second story.
