An excellent opportunity has arisen for a passionate and dedicated KS2 Teacher to join a highly regarded independent junior school from September 2026.

The KS2 Teacher play a key role in both the pastoral care and academic progress of their class, with pupils benefiting from an environment where they consistently make excellent progress.

Teachers are trusted with a high degree of professional autonomy, enabling them to design engaging and inspiring lessons that support high-quality teaching and allow pupils to flourish.
Class sizes are intentionally small (typically around 18 pupils) to ensure personalised support and strong learning outcomes.
The successful KS2 Teacher will:
* Deliver engaging and high-quality lessons for a Key Stage 2 class
* Support the academic and pastoral development of pupils
* Plan and deliver an inspiring curriculum that promotes curiosity and progress
* Contribute positively to the wider life of a vibrant school community
The school is seeking a KS2 Teacher who:
* Has high expectations and strong classroom practice
* Is child-centred and enthusiastic about primary education
* Demonstrates the confidence and creativity to deliver engaging learning experiences
* Is able to commute to Watford
