The role You’ll be teaching Maths across Key Stages 3 and 4, with the chance to stretch into Key Stage 5 for the right person. The department is well-established, resources are in place, and there’s a shared approach to planning and assessment. Your role will include: Teaching Maths across KS3 and KS4 Delivering clear, engaging lessons that build confidence and understanding Creating a positive and structured classroom environment Assessing progress and adapting teaching to support all learners Working collaboratively within the Maths department and wider school team What we’re looking for UK QTS or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification Experience teaching Maths in a secondary school setting Secure subject knowledge and confident classroom practice A calm, consistent approach to behaviour management An enhanced DBS on the update service, or willingness to apply ECTs are welcome and will be well supported.
