Landmarc Support Services are currently seeking to recruit a Site Operative at Garelochhead Training Camp, Scotland.
As the Site Operative you will be responsible for carrying out maintenance and cleaning on the estate. You will be part of small but dedicated team that takes enormous pride in what they do. No experience required, just a good attitude and willingness to learn.
You will be required to work flexibly over the course of a 37 hour working week. You will be required to work some weekends, this is reflected in our Variable Days Allowance.

Main ResponsibilitiesCleaning is a big part of the role
Ensure that the training estate is fit for purpose in accordance with the TESC contract General maintenance,
Grounds maintenance
Soft Facilities Management
Stock management, waste services and sustainability tasks.
Liaise with stakeholders to ensure effective site delivery
Handover and handback of facilities.
Complete relevant documentation using both IT and paper systems
Carry out additional works when required.
Ensure that facilities are fit for use and report / action defects
The Ideal CandidateFull Driving Licence in the UK (Manual)
Complete baseline personnel security standards, including a basic police disclosure
Candidates must meet the Uk residency requirements
Knowledge of H&S COSHH risk assessments and SSOW.
Knowledge of stock control
Strong communication skills
