Care Sante Kent is recruiting for a Care Assistant to join our team at King Edward Court in Herne Bay.
King Edward Court is a supported living scheme where our Care Workers provide life‑changing care and support that enables vulnerable adults of all ages to live fulfilling lives.
Week 1 Shift

* Thursday 4pm - 9am
* Friday 4pm - 9am

Week 2 Shift
* Monday 4pm - 9am
* Tuesday 4pm - 9am
* Wednesday 4pm - 9am
* Thursday 4pm - 9am

Job Responsibilities
* Supporting service users with onsite visits to restaurants, hairdressers and shops.
* Domestic tasks such as making and changing beds, light cleaning, laundry and emptying commodes.
* Help with eating and drinking by preparing meals, snacks and drinks.
* Helping service users overcome mobility problems and other physical disabilities, including assistance with the use and care of aids and personal equipment.
* Support with medication administration.
* Assisting service users with personal care such as washing, bathing and toilet arrangements.
* Contribute as needed to a person’s end‑of‑life care.
Requirements
* Right to work in the UK.
* No previous experience necessary but must demonstrate compassion, excellent communication and problem‑solving skills, and a commitment to delivering high‑quality, respectful care.
