Attendance Officer – Lift Kingswood
Location: Wawne Road, Bransholme, Kingston upon Hull, HU7 4WR, United Kingdom.
Salary: NJC 11-14 £24,818 - £25,946 (Actual) £28,142- £29,540 (FTE) + well-being cash plan + pension scheme (LGPS) + additional Lift Schools benefits.
Hours: 37 hours, 40 weeks per year.
Contract type: Permanent.

The Role
* Lead and coordinate all attendance administration, ensuring statutory obligations and academy targets are met.
* Build positive, constructive relationships with parents/carers to promote student attendance and engagement.
* Conduct home visits to support students and families within the local community.
* Maintain accurate records and handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion.
* Manage conflicting priorities with professionalism and a strong attention to detail.
* Contribute to a collaborative, supportive team environment.

* Proven experience in an administrative or attendance-focused role.
