Production Technician
We currently have a fantastic opportunity for a ProductionTechnician to join a leading engineering company based in Romsey.
Introduction
The main duties of theProduction Technician will be mostly electrical and electronics, assembling, soldering, testing, and inspecting high-quality electro-mechanical products.
Responsibilities:
PCB soldering
Assemble and test components into final products using SOP's, drawings, and specialised tools.
Conduct stage inspections to ensure products meet the required specifications
Evaluate customer returns and perform necessary repairs to meet specific build standards.
Support the engineering and design teams withproblem solvingproduction issues and improving workflows.
Work to H&S guidelines and maintain a safe and organised work environment following 6S
Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities.
Ideal Experience
The ideal candidate will have excellentattention to detail andqualitystandards.
Great communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to prioritise tasks and their day to day
Have working knowledge of electro-mechanical manufacturing techniques.
Any experience within the Defence, Marine, Robotic or EV markets would be really beneficial.
Hours: 37.5hrs - Flexi hours andreduced hours on Fridays
Salary: £28,000 - £35,000
