Responsibilities
* Assisting in the office with a wide range of accounts and administration tasks
* Recording company financial transactions and keeping records of all receipts and invoices
* Inputting and maintaining financial activity using Xero and Sage accounting software
* Assisting with raising invoices and service charge bills and recording details of payments received
* Assisting with checking supplier invoices, preparing weekly cheque and BACs payments
* Liaising with Landlords as required and producing regular statements
