Your new role
This position involved overseeing credit control processes, managing sensitive client interaction and ensuring the consistent application of internal credit policies. The successful candidate will drive a service-oriented culture while maintaining accuracy,pliance and operational excellence.
- Manage and mentor the credit control team, maintaining a collaborative and high-performance culture
- Lead and manage account resolution activities
- Supervise responses to financial queries
- Maintain proactive customer engagement strategies to encourage timely settlements
- Maintain and develop internal frameworks for assessing financial risk
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of iing transactions within internal systems
- Collaborate withmercial teams to identify financial risks and opportunities
What you'll need to succeed
- Proven leadership in credit control or financial operations
- Strongmunication skills with internal and external stakeholders
- Analytical ability to interpret financial data and support decision-making
- Experience in growing and dynamic environments
- CICM qualification (or equivalent)
