Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Personal Assistant to support three senior managers within Locality Social Care & Family Assessment. This is a hybrid role, primarily based from home, with requirements to attend the office for team meetings, servicing meetings in person, and spending a day with the team upon request.
The role involves extensive minute-taking, alongside tasks such as diary management, spreadsheet maintenance, and handling HR issues on behalf of the managers. It is a busy and varied role, requiring the ability to work under pressure with a diverse workload.
We look for proactive candidates committed to the service, understanding the pressures faced by senior managers, and capable of working as part of a team with two other personal assistants.
