The team is looking for adaptable, visually driven AI Designers / Creators who are excited by experimentation, fluent across emerging AI platforms, and capable of turning ideas into polished, agency‑standard creative output.
About the Role
This role sits at the intersection of design, creativity, motion, social and emerging technology. You’ll work closely with social teams, creatives, designers and Creative Directors to generate high‑quality visual assets that support campaigns, pitches and content across the agency. You’ll primarily work within the agency’s proprietary AI ecosystem, which integrates platforms including OpenAI’s ChatGPT, Claude, Google Veo, Runway and other generative tools. Because of this, the ideal candidate won’t be tied to a single workflow or platform — they’ll be flexible, curious and capable of adapting their process to achieve the strongest creative outcome. This isn’t a purely technical AI role. The focus is on creators with strong visual instincts, creative judgement and taste, who understand how to use AI tools in service of ideas, storytelling and craft.
What You’ll Do
* Create AI‑generated visual content across campaigns, pitches, social and design projects
* Collaborate with creatives, social teams, designers and CDs to bring ideas to life quickly and creatively
* Work fluidly across multiple AI platforms and workflows within the AI ecosystem
* Refine, adapt and elevate AI outputs to meet the agency’s creative standards
* Explore new tools, techniques and emerging creative technologies
* Contribute to shaping how AI creativity evolves within one of the world’s leading agencies
