This is a high-impact, hands-on role for a strategist who leads from the front lines, whether in the boardroom or on the paddock.
The Mission: Core Responsibilities
1. End-to-End Event Orchestration
* Conceptualize & Execute: Lead the full lifecycle of a diverse event portfolio, ensuring every detail aligns with world-class luxury standards.
* Fiscal Stewardship: Build and manage complex event budgets, prioritizing high ROI and cost-efficiency without compromising on prestige.
* Logistics Mastery: Oversee the \"critical path\"—from global venue sourcing and vendor negotiations to complex international freight and guest hospitality.
* On-Site Leadership: Direct on-site operations with a proactive attitude, managing everything from technical set-ups to high-stakes problem-solving in real-time.
2. Stakeholder & Relationship Management
* Internal Collaboration: Act as a key partner to Senior Leadership, Marketing, and PR to ensure event objectives meet global business goals.
* Luxury Hospitality: Provide white-glove service to VIP guests, owners, and media partners, acting as a primary brand ambassador.
* Global Vendor Network: Source and manage world-class agencies, caterers, and production houses, holding them to the highest standards of delivery.
3. Analysis & Evolution
* Data-Driven Insights: Deliver comprehensive post-event reports, analyzing performance metrics and providing strategic recommendations for future activations.
