We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Customer Service/Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities
* Engage with customers via phone, email, and in-person to address inquiries and provide information about products and services.
* Process orders and resolve customer enquiries in a timely manner.
* Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions to enhance their experience.
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
* Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and improve service delivery.
* Stay informed about product updates, promotions, and industry trends to effectively assist customers.
* Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
Qualifications
* Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred but not essential.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a strong ability to listen actively.
* Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering solutions that meet customer needs.
* Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
* Proficiency in using computer systems and software for order processing and customer management.

This role is working for a family run company, assisting with sales and service working to targets ensuring the company grow further. The role pays commission on top of hourly rate.

Pay: £12.21-£18.00 per hour
