The successful Internal Sales Manager / Sales & Marketing Manager / Strategic Sales Manager will drive new business growth while leading the company’s marketing strategy, playing a key role in the long-term succession plan with a clear pathway towards Director level. The Internal Sales Manager / Sales & Marketing Manager / Strategic Sales Manager will ideally have a strong background in sales and marketing within the HVAC or building services sector and must be within a commutable distance to Solihull, with regular office presence required. Manage lead funnels, qualification, and structured follow-up. Work closely with senior leadership, taking on long-term succession responsibilities.
