Role overview
The successful applicant will provide visionary leadership to develop and bring to market RCR’s digital and face-to-face learning and events portfolio, ensuring it is innovative, high quality, and positioned as the global market leader for members and non-members in medical imaging and oncology services. This role aligns with the RCR’s strategic priorities, supporting membership growth, workforce development, and world-class learning resources.

Key responsibilities
1. Strategic development of the digital learning and events portfolio to increase membership participation, global engagement, and income.
2. Product development by adapting and evolving RCR’s learning offerings and delivery platforms.
3. Growing global engagement and partnerships, understanding diverse audience needs.
4. Integrating marketing and sponsorship strategies to meet delegate and income targets.
5. Leading and developing a high-performing team to maintain RCR Learning’s excellence.
Candidate requirements
1. Strong experience leading successful learning teams, including events, conferences, and online learning.
2. Excellent leadership skills with a focus on team development and retention.
3. Experience managing contracts, budgets, negotiations, and business planning.
4. Strategically and commercially minded leadership.
5. Ability to build and sustain mutually beneficial relationships.
6. Innovative, solution-oriented, and proactive in staying updated with industry developments.
