Espex Batteries Ltd is currently recruiting an experienced Sales Admin Administrator with excellent computer and Excel skills.
The main duties include, but are not limited to:-
1. Sales Processing including:
Processing customer orders
Creating a report for the warehouse to pick customer orders
Generating documents for accessories
Generating Sales Orders & Invoicing on Sage
Organising transportation & small deliveries on our hauliers websites
Generating Reports for Sales Meetings
2. Weekly Stock Reconciliations between Sage and Excel, and discrepancy investigation
3. Stock Management & Tracking on existing established systems
4. Order Processing including:
Generating Supplier Orders
Communication with Suppliers
Organising transport & delivery
5. Basic IT maintenance i.e. printer maintenance, computer maintenance etc.
6. Filing & Record Keeping
7. Administrative Duties (answering phones, opening mail, providing coffee for guests, franking mail etc.)
8. Customer Relations (dealing with complaints, chasing haulage companies for ETAs on deliveries etc.)
9. Other ad hoc requests from management and sales persons as required.
Required Skills:
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word & Outlook
Experience with Sage Line 50, including Data Entry & Reporting
Warehouse/Distribution knowledge
At least 4 years experience in a similar admin role
Accounting knowledge required
The role is full time and permanent.
Office hours are 8.30am - 5pm Monday to Friday.
Salary is based on experience. The salary is £26,000. We offer a 4% employee/4% employer pension. Holiday days are 21 days increasing to 25 days after 5 years of service, per annum.
