Job description
We are looking for a dynamic individual to join our team to coordinate the export of goods to ensure they are shipped efficiently and are fully compliant with all regulations. This position is a very exciting fast paced role with a wide variety of responsibilities. This role is to ultimately increase profitability and operational effectiveness in ensuring optimal stock levels across the whole business.
Our Company
We are on online retailer of footwear and apparel. This role is based in our offices at our main warehouse in Rochdale, 5 minutes from the town centre. The position is full time for 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday 9.00 to 17.00.
The job outline
Monitor stock levels across all our marketplaces and countries and make decisions on where stock is to be allocated. Our marketplaces include our website, Amazon, eBay and several more.
List products to all our marketplaces and check they are displayed and being sold correctly.
Manage data required by our customs broker to ensure successful exporting of our products. Work directly with our customs team.
Input export data onto our inventory management system.
Organise, plan and manage export shipments.
Ensure all products and shipments are fully compliant with all international regulations.
Communicate and provide information to the warehouse team who physically deal with the stock.
The candidate requirements
Educated to A level or above.
Excellent Knowledge and experience of excel and word.
Very high and accurate literate and numeracy skills.
Be commercially and season aware.
Knowledge of Amazon and eBay.
Team player with excellent communications skills.
Be highly organised and self motivated.
