The Role
You’ll teach Art & Design across KS3–KS5, creating lessons that develop creative confidence, technique, and visual literacy. Students are encouraged to experiment with painting, sculpture, digital art, and mixed media, while learning to express their individuality and respond thoughtfully to artistic influences.
You’ll also help to lead art exhibitions, local gallery partnerships, and creative projects that celebrate student achievement and foster connections with the wider community. The school places great emphasis on enriching the cultural life of its students, and art plays a key role in this vision.
