The role As Senior IT Project Manager, you will report into the Head of Solutions Development and Delivery and be responsible for managing transformational IT and data projects. You will contribute to support and govern the SRA's Project Management methodology, processes and standards and lead a team of Project Managers, enabling them to perform at their very best. You will oversee key strategic project - the Risk and Data programme, which aims to enhance our risk-based and proactive regulation through robust evidence and strategy based on data, insights, and intelligence. You will be responsible for delivering the Risk and Intelligence Framework (RIF) and Data Strategy Programme within the IT portfolio, ensuring timely, cost-effective, and high-quality outcomes. You will need to: Encompass managing project definitions, resources, and budgets, motivating teams, and monitoring performance. Ensure that you and the team's allocated projects contribute positively to the SRA's business strategy Lead both your team, and the associated technical teams of your projects Communicate complex information across the business often to non-technical or senior stakeholders to achieve organisation objectives.
