As a result of our success and ongoing expansion plans, the Range has opened a brand-new Distribution Centre, the largest warehouse built in over 5 years, in Stowmarket, Gateway 14 Freeport, just 2 minutes from A14 J50.
This investment creates great opportunities, and we are currently seeking a Payroll Administrator.
Position: Permanent, Full Time
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday – Friday. Working hours will be 8:30 am to 4:30 pm, with occasional changes to meet operational requirements.
Pay Rate: Excellent salary based on experience.

What does the role entail?
* Reporting to the HR Manager, responsible for key administrative tasks to ensure colleagues are paid correctly, on time, and in line with relevant legislation.
* Processing new starters and leavers within our payroll system.
* Gathering and checking timesheets, applying appropriate rules.
* Updating and maintaining relevant data with confidentiality.
What skills & experience do we seek?
* Payroll experience is desirable.
* Knowledge of using a Time and Attendance System.
* Excellent Microsoft Word and Excel skills.
* Ability to work to deadlines with attention to detail.
* Excellent communication and organisational skills.
* Ability to work as part of a team and independently.
* Prioritising workload effectively.
* Adherence to strict confidentiality policies.
* Organised individual with a tidy workstation.
