About The Role
As a Community Support Worker, you will play a vital role in empowering the people we support to live meaningful, independent lives within their own homes and communities.
No two days are the same—but your role may include:
* Supporting individuals with daily living skills (cooking, cleaning, budgeting)
* Encouraging independence and choice in all aspects of life
* Supporting with personal care (where required, with dignity and respect)
* Assisting with medication administration
* Helping individuals access the community, activities, and social opportunities
* Promoting positive behaviour support and emotional wellbeing
* Working as part of a supportive and dedicated team
