Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse - Infusion to join our healthcare team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care through the administration of intravenous therapies in the patients home.. You will work closely with patients to ensure their comfort and safety during treatment, while also collaborating with other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive care.
Duties
* Administer intravenous medications in the patient's home, as prescribed by physicians.
* Monitor patients' vital signs and overall condition during infusion treatments.
* Assess patient responses to therapies and document any changes or concerns.
* Maintain accurate records of treatments administered and patient progress.
* Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, including infection control protocols.
* Provide emotional support to patients throughout their treatment journey.
Experience
* Valid registration as a nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC).
* Previous experience in an infusion or clinical setting is highly desirable.
* Strong knowledge of human anatomy and physiology, particularly related to intravenous therapy.
* Proven ability to deliver exceptional patient care with empathy and professionalism.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with patients, families, and colleagues.

Pay: £150.00 per day
