Role Overview
As our Oracle Fusion Technical ERP Consultant, you will be a core member of a cross‑functional ERP delivery team, responsible for designing, building, and delivering technical solutions across Oracle Cloud ERP. You will work closely with product owners, functional consultants, testers, and Cloud Operations to deliver high‑quality ERP changes from initial design through to production deployment. The role is strongly delivery‑oriented, with responsibility for developing and implementing technical and functional changes, supporting end‑to‑end release cycles, and ensuring solutions meet agreed scope, quality, and delivery milestones. You will contribute directly to change and project delivery, taking ownership of build activities, defect resolution, and technical readiness for release.
What will you bring to the role?
* Strong understanding of core Oracle ERP modules such as General Ledger (GL), Subledger Accounting (SLA), Fixed Assets (FA), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Intercompany (IC), Procurement, Tax and Cash Management (CM).
* Deep knowledge of Oracle Cloud ERP data architecture, including transactional and reference data models, master data management and dependencies, chart of accounts, ledgers, and accounting configurations & BPM approvals.
* Strong experience designing and supporting integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), including orchestration, scheduling, fault handling, and monitoring.
* Proven ability to design, implement, and support REST and SOAP API integrations, including authentication, payload design, error handling, performance considerations, and integrations with BICC, FBDI, and HDL.
* Experience with ERP extensibility frameworks, such as Application Composer, Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS), Groovy scripting & BI Publisher and OTBI reporting.
* Strong understanding of Oracle Cloud security models, including role‑based access control (RBAC), duty roles and data security policies & segregation of duties (SoD) considerations.
* Experience managing Oracle Cloud release cycles, including impact analysis, regression testing, and remediation of technical changes.
* Ability to support ERP technical strategy and architecture, ensuring alignment with enterprise integration, data, and security standards.
* Proven ability to provide technical leadership, mentoring developers, reviewing designs, and establishing development standards and best practices.
