Key Responsibilities
* Maintain high visual merchandising standards.
* Assist customers and promote our services and promotions, including Gift Aid.
* Handle cashing up, banking, and paperwork accurately.
* Support volunteer training and manage stock sorting and preparation.
* Travel between shops if required and support health and safety procedures.
* Manage daily shop operations and volunteers in the absence of the Shop Manager.
