Job description
We are looking for Production Operatives for our industry leading client based in Droitwich.
Hours: Rotating Shifts - Mon -Th 5.45am to 13.45pm Fri 5.45am to 11.45am / Mon - Th 2pm to 10pm Fri 12.00pm to 19.05pm
Pay: £14.94 - £15.29 per hour depending on department.
As a Production Operative, you will be responsible for:
1. Polishing and finishing metal components to a high standard
2. Using specialist tools and techniques to achieve a smooth, high-quality finish
3. Inspecting finished products to ensure they meet strict quality requirements
4. Working to detailed specifications and manufacturing processes
Production Operative Requirements:
5. Physically fit and comfortable with manual work, as the role can be demanding
6. A keen eye for detail to ensure a high-quality finish
7. Ability to use hand tools and polishing equipment (training provided)
8. A strong work ethic and willingness to learn
Previous experience in metal finishing, polishing, or similar roles is beneficial but not essential - full training provided
