Please note this is a full-time position, based at our Worthing shop Monday to Friday 9am until 5.30pm. You will manage customer expectations, handle job scheduling, oversee print quality control, and contribute directly to our printing and finishing processes. Key Responsibilities Establishing a friendly rapport with customers within the shop front environment. Taking responsibility for project management, including job flow scheduling and control. Managing and ordering required stock. Communicating regularly with clients and team members, updating them about job progress via email and phone. Checking the quality of finished jobs and approving them for delivery. Arranging delivery of jobs to their final destinations. The Person Exceptional organisational skills with high attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken. Strong team player with effective listening and influencing abilities. Proactive attitude with a flexible approach to work. Prior experience in the print business, particularly with digital printers and finishing equipment, is preferred but not required.
