Job Title: Commercial Finance Analyst
Are you a highly commercial Finance Analyst with extensive experience working with Power BI and on various pricing projects?
A well-known manufacturing business based in Central Essex is looking for a commercial finance professional to assist with several high-profile projects.
This is initially a six-month assignment and offers a great opportunity to enhance your pricing knowledge and collaborate across a diverse and complex business environment.
What you will do:
1. Lead and support the company’s Power BI rollout, identifying areas to maximize the tool's potential and assisting in building complex models.
2. Develop and implement a comprehensive pricing strategy, working closely with commercial teams to provide insights on budgets and forecasts.
3. Analyze business performance and deliver financial insights to support commercial decision-making.
4. Collaborate with the finance team to maintain accurate financial records.
5. Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
6. Support budgeting and forecasting activities.
7. Identify financial risks and opportunities within the business.
8. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the finance department.
9. Participate in cross-functional projects within a fast-growing environment.
